Shipping & Delivery

We guarantee that your order will be shipped as soon as possible. The shipping address you use can be changed if it is different than the billing address. When you place your order, you will automatically receive an e-mail confirmation. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email notification with your shipment tracking information. Please keep this information on hand for future reference.

Shipping methods

Your order will be shipped via UPS.  Once we ship your order, you will receive an email notification that will include a link to your order information, invoice and purchase history. Once we ship your order, you will receive an email notification.

Shipping fees

Your KIN Series order will be shipped to your designated shipping address free of charge. You can return your order free of charge within 14 days of its delivery. For more details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Text message notifications

You may receive your shipment notification via email and text messages. To receive a text message notification, you need to add your phone number to your account or enter it during checkout (if you do not want to create an account).

Shopping in Canada
When you purchase an item in Canada, the shipping and billing addresses must be in Canada or the Continental USA. Applicable provincial taxes will be based on the ship-to address. No shipments can be made to P.O. Box addresses, freight forwarders or addresses outside Canada and the U.S. You may not export any products purchased at the Kin by Totem Online Store.

Problems with your shipment

If you received the wrong product or if the item you ordered was damaged during shipping, please contact Customer Support at sales@totemacoustic.com   or open a support ticket. Be sure to indicate your order number.
